How do I set up a charter?

The process of setting up a charter is really easy. Once you have chosen the yacht that best suits your wants and needs, fill in the inquiry form and then you will receive an invoice into your e-mail for a deposit or full amount, this depends on how close we are to your charter date. Once the payment is made, your day is locked in and be ready to yacht!

What is the Cancellation Policy?

In the event that you have to cancel your charter, let us be the first to say we are disappointed that we will not be seeing you. When a cancellation is given, there must be at least 15 days notice in order to provide you with a full refund. If cancellation from the client is less than two weeks’ notice, we would not be able to refund the deposit that has been made. If a cancellation is less than two weeks out and it has been given by the captain of the vessel due to weather then you will receive a full refund all the way up until the day of the charter or we could reschedule your charter day.

What is the typical cost of a charter?

The cost of charter varies with each individual. Items that affect the cost of your charter include the amount of hours aboard, the number of people, the type and length of the vessel and the type of food & drinks that the client chooses.

How do I pay & What are the payment methods?

We have several options for the payment. 1) Stripe Payment Link. 2) Credit & Debit card. 3) Cash. Note. Every charter needs a deposit of the 40% of the total amount, to lock in the day. The rest of the payment can be done one day prior the charter, in cash, credit or debit card. Prices do not include 16% Tax and 15% recommended tip.

What does All Inclusive means?

All Inclusive service means it includes Food, Alcohol & Beverages, Crew and Fuel. 16% Tax and 15% recommended tip for crew service are not included.

What type of Food & Drinks can I expect on my charter?

Prior to your charter, we set up the Food & Drink service that you will be receiving while on your excursion based on the menu we have to offer. The food ranges from Finger Food (Snacks) to an on board chef with made to order cuisine. Drinks range from beverages and soft drinks to High Quality liquor.

What Activities are available during our charter?

There are so many fun things to do in these tropical waters, there is not enough time in the day to take it all in. Watersports range from Waverunners, Whale watching, Knee boards, Paddle boards, Kayaking, Skiing, Fishing, Scuba Diving, Snorkeling, Sailing and more.

Do you do Overnight and Long Term charters?

Of course we do! Many of our guests elect to go out for several days or even weeks. How long you choose to go out is entirely up to you. What you bring on the longer term charters is considerably more due to the increase in the length of time with us. Let us know what your wants and needs are and we will make a plan that will work perfectly for you. Day trip means 8 Hour Charter. Overnight means 24 hour Charter. Long term Charter means 48 hours or more.
